We have an immediate opening for a Dock Supervisor at our Truro, Nova Scotia Terminal Full-Time Monday through Friday Days 8am - Close What we are offering you:

What we need from you:

A Willingness to Work! Dependability & a Good Attitude are key
Ability to lead a group of people (previous Supervisory experience an asset)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (emailing shift updates and reports daily)
Strengths in Conflict Resolution, Time Management, Multi-tasking
Ability to give and receive Constructive Criticism
Experience and understanding of the Truck Mate system is an asset
Reliable Transportation - must live in Truro/surrounding area
Previous experience operating Forklift (certification an asset)
Ability to use scanners, paperwork where required
Ability to work Safely in a fast-paced team environment
Attend Training sessions as required, i.e. Dangerous Goods, Forklift
Physically demanding, heavy lifting may be a requirement
Warehouse conditions: possible high noise levels, warm or cold environment (dependent on weather)
Safety boots/shoes
Clean criminal background
Willingness to undergo a drug test if required
