8AM to 3PM (Thursday-Friday) and 7AM to 8PM (Saturday-Sunday)

Developing and training dock employees
Working closely with dock team to ensure all freight will depart terminal on time
Achieving and improving dock KPI goals

Years of Experience Required: 2-5 years
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Superior organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving ability with the required sense of urgency
Detail-oriented
Knowledge of AS400 (asset) and MS Office
Cross dock and forklift experience
Knowledge of productivity measures
Working knowledge of different types of trailer equipment
