The Role

We're looking for a

Dock Builder / Labourer

to join our crew. The ideal candidate is physically capable, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in hands-on work. You'll be part of a team building, assembling, and installing floating docks, ramps, and shore decks at lakes throughout cottage country.

Responsibilities

Assist in building and assembling floating dock sections and ramps Install docks, ramps, and anchor systems on-site Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment (trailers, barges, etc.) Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Assist with deliveries, site prep, and clean-up Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly project goals

Requirements

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to our Emsdale shop Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically fit - able to lift 50+ lbs and work on uneven terrain Experience with basic carpentry, construction, or landscaping is an asset Ability to operate small equipment (mini-excavator, power tools, etc.) is an asset Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and punctuality are essential

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
