Job Description


We have two positions available in Halifax and we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals that can work at our Halifax Location. This is a contract to hire position (temporary to permanent) providing job stability.Advantages:- Night Shift 11pm to 7am (Sunday to Thursday - 37.5hrs)
- Weekend shift (7am to 7pm) - 24hrs

Contract to hire - meaning if it works out you could get hired on perm!Responsibilities

  • Written and verbal communication such as talking to customers/vendors on the phone, compiling emails, reports and other documents
  • Communicating with Managers and other Colleagues
  • Using problem-solving skills to resolve office-related issues
  • Updating spreadsheets and other data entry tasks
  • Sorting sensitive information correctly
  • Dictation, note taking and transcribing
  • Creating and maintaining office documentation
Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Highschool Education
  • Proficient computer and typing skills are an asset
  • Basic administration skills
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Good at multitasking
  • Command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to meet deadlines
