Job Description




RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Operations Manager and supports and supervises the activities of the business office in the absence of the Office Manager Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables processing and assist Operations Manager in collections including payments from families and all queries concerning billings from residents and/or families. Preparing rate reductions for qualifying residents Adheres to established policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, fire, occupational health and safety, environment and infection control. Maintains internal records and prepares internal reports for the Office Manager as required: maintains confidentiality of all financial, personnel and resident data; maintains accounting records
