Position Overview:



The DM Setter plays a key role in supporting our online student enrollment growth through authentic communication on Instagram and other social media platforms.

This position involves initiating and managing conversations with families, qualifying potential students for our programs, ensuring smooth communication with our enrollment team, and booking families in for Discovery Calls with our CEO.You'll use Gabby's Classroom's provided organizational systems, templates, and tools to manage leads efficiently, stay organized, and report progress clearly.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage Warmly:

Initiate and respond to direct messages on Instagram and other social platforms with friendliness, professionalism, and alignment to our brand voice.

Respond Promptly:

Ensure all inquiries are answered within two hours during active working periods.

Qualify Leads:

Gather relevant details and identify families ready for a Discovery Call or Trial Class.

Increase Enrollment:

Support our goal of growing online student enrollment through authentic, values-based engagement.

Use Provided Systems:

Maintain accurate records and manage leads through provided organizational systems (CRM tools, spreadsheets, and/or message templates).

Collaborate Actively:

Work closely with Gabby's Classroom CEO to refine messaging, strategies, and communication flow.

Reflect and Improve:

Share feedback and insights from conversations to enhance communication and enrollment outcomes.

Stay Organized:

Manage time, conversations, and reports efficiently while meeting weekly outreach goals.

Expected Results:



Every active lead receives check-ins or follow-up messages to keep communication warm and consistent. Each lead receives at least two follow-ups if no response is received. Daily use of provided organizational systems for tracking and reporting. Minimum of 10 qualified consultations booked per month with families who align with Gabby's Classroom's mission and values. Maintain a 5-10% conversion rate from DM conversation to Discovery Call or Trial Class bookings. Accurate, up-to-date communication logs and reports. Consistent professional, warm, and values-aligned tone in all interactions. Excellent written communication skills in English, with strong attention to tone, accuracy, and detail. Friendly, professional online presence that builds trust and connection. Experience in customer communication, community management, or social media engagement. Familiarity with Instagram and online messaging tools. Organized and reliable; able to manage tasks efficiently while working within provided systems and communication tools. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
