Overview

Do you have experience in project management, qualitative and quantitative research practices, or business analysis? Are you interested in running experiments and turning ideas to life via an evidence-based approach? If this sounds like you then consider joining our Divisional Planning, Coordination and Support Services team as a divisional planning analyst. You\'ll be responsible for the daily support of the projects within the Claims and Rehabilitation Services division. In this role, you\'ll lead and support projects through discovery, ideation, experiment design, analytics, project planning, and client management.

We offer a hybrid work model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work primarily from your B.C. home and occasionally in our Richmond office.

What you\'ll do

As a divisional planning analyst you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects for the Claims and Rehabilitation Services division, including discovery, leading requirements workshops, designing interventions and pilots, evaluating pilots, and writing and presenting reports
  • Lead a project team to ensure projects are managed and delivered on time and on budget to generate evidence-based solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand the business problems, needs and objectives, and translate into project requirements and experiment design concepts
  • Evaluate, interpret, and present evidence of project findings to decision-makers in a clear and concise manner to support business planning
  • Prepare comprehensive, coherent, and professional reports and presentations for a broad range of internal stakeholders, including senior management
  • Provide support for the ongoing management of the Claims and Rehabilitation Services Ideas site \xe2\x80\x93 the channel for staff to submit ideas for improvement
  • Provide support for the ongoing management of the Claims and Rehabilitation Services communication hub

  • Manage multiple, changing priorities
Your experience and educational background
  • A master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant discipline such as business administration, sociology, mathematics, psychology, statistics, public policy, computer science, or economics
  • A minimum of three years of experience applying principles and practices in one or more of the following business areas:
  • Project management
  • Qualitative and quantitative research practices, methods, and trends
  • Other related business fields such as business analysis, operations management, and market research
