***This is a hybrid role and can be based anywhere in North America where a Colliers office is located***

Who you are

As the DEI Program Specialist you are responsible for coordinating and driving Colliers\' North American DEI programs, including supporting the growth of our eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). You will ensure the success of our DEI program by helping to develop and operationalize our DEI framework, including our DEI metrics dashboards, standard marketing and communications materials, and websites. In partnership with the Director, Social Impact and Employee Relations, you will support key collaborators and functional resources within North America, the U.S., Canada, and all People Services Centers of Excellence to ensure the success of our DEI initiatives. What you bring

Proven experience of 5 years in DEI, talent acquisition, talent development, human resources, or related field.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, or other related field. Emphasis on communications or program management helpful.

Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables.

Ability to deliver superb customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.

Ability to foster positive relationships with key executives and collaborators, and collaborate, advise and influence at all levels of the organization.

Ability to perform needs analyses and advise business leaders and collaborators to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs and constraints.

What success looks like

Serve as an internal consultant to mid-level leaders and leadership teams to identify DEI opportunities within their regions, business units, or departments.

Key partner to ERGs to support their growth and operationalization of their processes.

Identify and make recommendations on relationships with relevant external associations and organizations to support efforts related to DEI. Coordinate external DEI award strategy.

Develop program playbooks, toolkits, toolbox talks and other continuous engagement tools, including resources to support pitches and business development. Regular review of program tools and documents to ensure relevancy and use to collaborator groups, consistent updates and improvement.

Support DEI communications strategy including management of DEI communications channels including internal hub, newsletters, email communications.

Handle internal diversity feedback program including producing dashboards, data and metrics and recommendations for action.

Collaborate with Learning & Development team to integrate DEI content and lead the execution of large-scale learning programs including annual DEI learning and specialized DEI programs by business line.
