Our Brampton, ON Branch is looking for a District Service Delivery Manager! The District Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing BPS Sales and Service Reps within their district, compliance to all Health and Safety, and other operational controls within their district.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Responsible for District Adherence to Operational Guidelines;
• Manage Route Drivers and Admin within District;
• Manage Product and Service Training for all Sales and Service Reps;
• Conduct End of Day Check-In/Monitoring Check-Out processes with Sales and Service Reps to be sure expectations are met;
• Responsible for holding Sales and Service Reps Accountable to Service Performance Requirements;
• Conduct weekly District Meetings with District Service Staff to drive performance and promote teamwork;
• Collaborate with BPS Sales Directors to enhance District Sales Performance;
• Manage District P and L;
• Ensure Timely response to all customer Requests;
• Other duties as assigned;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in Business or Environmental Science preferred;
• 3 to 5 years of industry relevant experience;
• Skills with Issue resolutions;
• The Ability to Motivate others and build teams up;
• Understanding of the Sales Process;
• Interviewing and Employee selection skills;
• The ability to travel 5-15% overnight throughout the year;
