Responsibilities:
Our District Sales Manager will provide effective leadership and support for the Eastlink Retail Stores and Partners, while working towards high levels of customer experience and achievement of business objectives. Working collaboratively with internal customers, they will be focused on overall sales results. Key responsibilities will include motivating, celebrating, and developing teams to positively impact the customer experience and drive sales. Our District Sales Manager will be passionate about helping your team to exceed sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Manage sales operations efficiently while driving growth in revenue and achieving sales targets
Lead and motivate store managers to optimize performance
Assist in employee recruitment, promotion and termination activities
Conduct performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements
Analyze sales performances and recommend business opportunities
Ensure sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership and sales environment
Experience coaching teams to their highest potential
Ability to travel frequently
