Overview:

As District Sales Manager (DSM) in Ontario at Tsubaki of Canada Limited you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our position as a marketing leader in the Power Transmission & Motion Control industry with professional enthusiasm. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing we will work together as a sales team to prove our value every day, to our business partners and most importantly our customers.

Qualifications:

A higher level of education in the fields of business and/or mechanical engineering. Three years of related industry experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present the company in a professional manner. The ability to multitask and react quickly as a result of ever-changing customer demands. Personal motivation and ability to provide creative thought. Good analytical skills including full proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to achieve realistic budget results. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to travel. To provide value to our customers by using your mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills. Building relationships at both a distributor and user level. To be a leader of the brand both externally and internally. Must be able to travel and be present in all parts of the territory. Able to create plans and reports that benefit not only the company but yourself as well. Use and maintain the sales tools given that separate us from the competition. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and encourage others internally (Inside Sales & Technical Sales Representatives).
