Key Responsibilities:

Provide marketing support to 30-40 franchise stores by conducting training sessions and assisting with their traditional and digital marketing needs with the help of head office. Plan and execute in-store marketing campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement. Provide comprehensive marketing support to franchise locations through traditional methods such as local advertising and event promotions, as well as digital strategies including social media, and online advertising. Maintain promotional displays, menu boards, and signage. Enhance the in-store customer experience and gather feedback for improvement. Collaborate with store staff, regional marketing, and vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging. Organize events and local community initiatives to strengthen the Freshslice brand.

Requirements:

Experience in traditional marketing, promotions, or digital marketing. Experience with Meta Ads and Digital Marketing for stores. Passion for customer experience and brand growth. Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
