Bee Maid is seeking an energetic, results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple retail locations, championing exceptional service for our bee supplies customers and leading our teams to new heights. This position will report the VP of Business Growth & Member Relations.

What You'll Do:

Lead & Inspire

: Mentor and motivate store managers, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Drive Sales & Growth

: Implement innovative merchandising strategies and tailored offerings for the beekeeping community (beehive essentials, feed, medication).

Operational Excellence

: Ensure consistent execution of operational procedures, inventory management, and retail standards.

Community Engagement

: Build strong relationships with local beekeepers and agricultural organizations to understand and meet community needs.

Financial Leadership

: Develop and manage district budgets, monitor store-level financial performance, and drive profitability.

Talent Development

: Recruit, train, and retain top talent; support succession planning and performance development.

Safety & Compliance

: Ensure adherence to company policies, agricultural regulations, and safety standards.

Strategic Planning

: Contribute to long-term regional growth initiatives based on market trends and local insights.

Sourcing & Merchandising

: Identify new retail items to expand market share and meet customer requirements.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of retail management experience, including 2+ years in multi-store or district leadership. Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and experience working with farming/rural communities (bee keeping/honey market knowledge is an asset). Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proficiency in retail management systems, sales reporting, and budget tracking. A drive for results, strategic thinking, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Working Conditions:

Frequent travel within the assigned district. Emergency availability by phone and in person.
