Position: District Manager (Multi-Site)
Location: Montreal - West Island
Salary: Up to $115,000 per year + 25% bonus + perks
Job Type: Permanent
Our partner in the service industry is looking for a District Manager to join their team. This opportunity comes with great benefits such as insurance, 3 weeks of vacation, bonuses, and many more!
Your main responsibilities:
- Set and manage client objectives and priorities to drive growth
- Coordinate activities with other internal departments
- Be a customer advocate
- Build effective partnerships
- Identify opportunities to implement new products and services
- Manage employees including recruitment
- Develop plans to optimize financial performance and productivity
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field, Master\'s degree is an asset
- Bilingual to communicate with customers outside of the Quebec Province
- 5+ years of management experience in a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of growing accounts
- Great customer service skills
- Available to travel occasionally
