Description

  • Promouvoir une culture ax\xc3\xa9e sur la satisfaction de la client\xc3\xa8le en \xc3\xa9tablissant des normes de service \xc3\xa9lev\xc3\xa9es et en veillant \xc3\xa0 ce qu\'elles soient constamment respect\xc3\xa9es dans tous les restaurants de leur district.
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des strat\xc3\xa9gies pour am\xc3\xa9liorer l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience client, notamment en offrant un service personnalis\xc3\xa9, des op\xc3\xa9rations efficaces et une r\xc3\xa9solution efficace des probl\xc3\xa8mes.
  • Effectuer r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement des visites dans chaque restaurant pour observer la prestation du service, \xc3\xa9valuer la satisfaction de la client\xc3\xa8le et fournir des commentaires et des conseils aux directeurs g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9raux et \xc3\xa0 leurs \xc3\xa9quipes.
  • Mettre en place des programmes de formation pour les employ\xc3\xa9s afin d\'am\xc3\xa9liorer leurs comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'hospitalit\xc3\xa9, leurs connaissances sur les produits et leur engagement envers les clients.
  • Favoriser un environnement de travail positif et inclusif qui encourage le travail d\'\xc3\xa9quipe, la croissance professionnelle et la reconnaissance des employ\xc3\xa9s.
  • Collaborer avec les directeurs g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9raux pour aborder les pr\xc3\xa9occupations des employ\xc3\xa9s, g\xc3\xa9rer les performances et \xc3\xa9laborer des plans de d\xc3\xa9veloppement pour les talents cl\xc3\xa9s.
  • Surveiller et analyser les commentaires des clients, les avis en ligne et les r\xc3\xa9sultats des enqu\xc3\xaates afin d\'identifier les tendances et les domaines d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration.
  • Travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec les \xc3\xa9quipes de marketing et de marque pour d\xc3\xa9velopper et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des strat\xc3\xa9gies qui am\xc3\xa9liorent l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience client et favorisent la fid\xc3\xa9lit\xc3\xa9 des clients.
  • Veiller \xc3\xa0 la conformit\xc3\xa9 avec toutes les r\xc3\xa9glementations en mati\xc3\xa8re de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, les normes de qualit\xc3\xa9 des aliments et les proc\xc3\xa9dures de salubrit\xc3\xa9.
  • Surveiller les indicateurs de performance financi\xc3\xa8re tels que le chiffre d\'affaires, les co\xc3\xbbts et la rentabilit\xc3\xa9, et \xc3\xa9laborer des plans d\'action pour atteindre les objectifs financiers.
  • Rester inform\xc3\xa9 des tendances de l\'industrie, des pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rences des clients et de la concurrence afin d\'identifier des opportunit\xc3\xa9s d\'innovation et de diff\xc3\xa9renciation.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture by setting high service standards and ensuring they are consistently met across all restaurants within your district.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, including personalized service, efficient operations, and effective problem resolution.
  • Conduct regular visits to each restaurant to observe service delivery, assess customer satisfaction, and provide feedback and coaching to General Managers and their teams.
  • Implement employee training programs to enhance hospitality skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee recognition.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to address employee concerns, manage performance, and create development plans for key talent.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback, online reviews, and survey results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing and branding teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the guest experience and drive customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and sanitation procedures.
  • Monitor financial performance indicators, such as revenue, costs, and profitability, and develop action plans to achieve financial targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Requirements
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience av\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e en tant que directeur de district, directeur de zone ou poste similaire dans l\'industrie de la restauration d\xc3\xa9contract\xc3\xa9e ou de la restauration.

  • Connaissance des r\xc3\xa9glementations en mati\xc3\xa8re de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 alimentaire, des codes sanitaires et des normes de conformit\xc3\xa9.
  • Un baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en administration des affaires, en gestion de l\'h\xc3\xb4tellerie ou dans un domaine connexe est pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rable.
  • Disponibilit\xc3\xa9 pour voyager dans le district assign\xc3\xa9 et travailler le soir, les week-ends et les jours f\xc3\xa9ri\xc3\xa9s, au besoin.
  • Proven experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or similar role within the casual dining or restaurant industry.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams.
  • Passion for employee development, with a track record of creating positive work environments and fostering employee engagement.
  • Solid understanding of operational processes, financial metrics, and inventory management.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and compliance standards.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned district and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
