Job Description


ROLE STATEMENT:
The District Administrator will be a member of the District Support Department responsible for daily administrative functions in the District Office. Reporting to the Supervisor, Office Administration, the District Administrator will focus on completing data entry, reporting, and reconciliations for the District Departments and supporting the Supervisor, Office Administration.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Process and facilitate the flow of Payroll paperwork to corporate office
  • Invoice reconciliation, processing and preparation for various vendor requirements
  • Review and process work books of field employees for accounts receivable
  • Prepare and submit Field Bonuses and Transport Bonuses for payment to employees
  • Process expense reports for payment
  • Prepare weekly revenue reports and ensure all deadlines are met
  • If required - provide reception coverage such as answer the phone, take messages, greet visitors arriving through the front door and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Distribute mail and provide assistance to sending out mail to other districts
  • Order supplies for office and fracturing department forms
  • Process and complete purchase orders
  • Provide accurate month end vendor totals
  • Assist in booking employees for safety courses in the districts, (obtaining purchase orders from safety department, if required)
  • Attend and participate in safety and general meetings
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Positive, proactive, enthusiastic individual
  • Strong typing skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting processes
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud
  • Reliable and punctual
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma is required
  • 1 - 2 years administrative experience
