Promoting and selling company sales programs and promotions to achieve sales goals
Planning and conducting in-salon merchandising, brand image building, business consulting, experience workshops, and product demos to establish strong customer relationships and drive sales growth
Acquiring new accounts and developing key accounts
Consistently meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objectives such as total territory sales, key brand sales, key product promotions, and educational programs and shows
Managing and implementing Loyalty Programs for key accounts
Preparing sales plans and reports as needed
Demonstrate our company culture and values
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications & Core Competencies
High school diploma or equivalent certification. Post-secondary education with a focus in Business Administration or relevant field a plus
Hair, Esthetic, or other industry license an asset
Minimum of (2) years of demonstrated consultative outside sales or related field experience
Solid knowledge and experience using various social media platforms for business purposes
Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and goal attainment through effective problem-solving, decision-making and planning skills.
Demonstrated professionalism with excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time & project efficiently
Solid work ethic and ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
Intermediate computer systems knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Must live within the assigned territory and have reliable transportation as travel is required
Attendance at educational events and shows is required which may include overnight/weekend travel
Flexibility with adjusting schedule to meet changing business needs
Bilingual preferred (English & French)
Additional Location: Fredericton or Saint John based preferred. Job Type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week), Permanent. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Must be available to work weekends as needed.
