As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for all distribution activities, such as: goods receipt, storage, order preparation and shipping. You will participate in the development and implementation of special projects to improve operations and monitor productivity.You will be in charge of human resources management in a unionized environment for a team of 15 to 30 employees (performance management, discipline), as well as productivity, logistics quality, and compliance with L\'Or\xc3\xa9al Group health, safety and environmental standards.You are rigorous, precise and quick to adapt. You are recognized for your leadership skills, and have excellent communication and people management skills.WHO YOU ARE :

• 1 to 3 years\' experience supervising unionized teams
• Bachelor\'s degree in Operations Management, Administration or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of Manhattan software (Asset)
• Bilingual
• Proficiency in EXCEL
• Excellent communication skills
• High degree of autonomy
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Sense of urgency
• Comfortable working in a computerized environment
