WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Distribution Supervisor provides ongoing support and guidance to their team of Distribution Agents and is responsible for the transportation of our products from our plants and warehouses to our retail customers.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer Service, Sales, Production, Carriers, and warehouse team
• Act as a substitute for agents when required during vacation, sick leaves and high volume scenarios
• Lead by example to promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure team members adhere to corporate policies and procedures and assess the efficiency of the department
• Efficiently resolve issues to ensure internal and external stakeholders have a positive experience while staying within the Company\'s parameters and policies

Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Working knowledge of TMC, BW, APO, and SAP for Sales, Distribution and Materials Management modules
• Customer Service focus, strong analytical and decision making skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and French
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including data analysis in Excel
