Job Summary
The Distribution & Print Centre Representative is responsible for the administration of internal and external corporate mail and courier services, various corporate print/binding projects, and maintenance and delivery of stationary and printing supplies for the WCB.
Job Duties:
Administers corporate mail within established service standards including sorting and distribution of incoming mail, pick-up, sorting and delivery of inter-office mail throughout the day and preparation of external mail for the Post Office.
Coordinates requests for internal printing/binding projects, assembly and distribution, utilizing software to assist with print set up to meet the required specifications within established standards and/or service level agreements.
Maintains corporate stationary and printing supplies by monitoring stocks room supply levels (i.e.: toners, paper, envelopes etc.), accepts and unloads delivery of ordered supplies and distributes supplies to internal customers within established service standards.
Responds to requests from Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals and Employers for informational pamphlets and forms.
Maintains paper and/or electronic record of all incoming and outgoing corporate mail/packages/deliveries for tracking purposes and prevention of loss.
Coordinates all courier requests.
Monitor and respond to all pulled mail/cheque requests.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12
No previous experience required
Proficiency in the use of a personal computer in a Windows environment
Ability to follow establish procedures and instructions
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment including standing for long periods of time, working in awkward postures, repetition of task, forceful exertions and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of general office equipment, specific mailroom machinery, Canada Post processes and/or courier systems considered an asset
Ability to communicate proficiently in both official languages (English & French) is an asset, but is not required
Additional Information
Salary Range: $45,395 - $58,448
A satisfactory criminal record check and verification of education will be required for the successful candidate.
