The world relies on HPS to continually conceive and produce state-of-the-art transformer technology. We currently have an opening for a Distribution Centre Team Mamber, come grow with us!



The Distribution Centre Team Member is responsible for performing a number of duties related to shipping, receiving and stock keeping. This position is located at our Aberfoyle distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Operates a variety of material handling and packaging equipment (forklifts, hand-lift trucks, packaging, wrapping and crating equipment) Uses computers and related software to ensure accuracy and completion of order/transactions Responsible for the proper completion and accuracy of receiving and stock keeping activities Ensures shipping and receiving documentation and related paperwork are complete and accurate, as required Responsible for the proper packaging, loading and accuracy of shipments Ensures products is received, checked for damage and count, put away in assigned stock locations, picked, packaged, loaded on carriers to avoid damage and shipped according to established procedures May schedule carrier in accordance with established policies Processes and completes courier and carrier shipments and related documentation Responsible for following safe working guidelines/procedures May be required to train others

As the ideal candidate, you will bring this to the team: Completion

of High School, or GED is

required

Must be familiar with packaging, wrapping and crating operations Must be familiar with computerized shipping system and related procedures Previous warehouse/distribution experience Prior experience operating Must be able to work 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday
