Distribution Analyst
Are you looking for a role where you can work independently and solve problems? Reporting to the Operations General Manager, the position is responsible for carrying out process related change management projects focused on technical analysis of all production operations at the automated Durham RSC.
If you are experienced in automated warehouse operations and have knowledge of logistics procedures and practices, then this is the role for you!

About the Role
Continuous improvement, reporting, LM studies and identify RCA to problems
Develop solutions to effect service level improvements (quality & up-time) and cost efficiency in areas such as process reliability, TM studies
Productivity & labor utilization and operationalization of SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and OCM inclusive of stakeholder on-the-job training.
Collaborate closely with health & safety, front-line operations, facility maintenance, IT systems and adhere to LEAN/Agile end-to-end project coordination methodologies supporting due diligence
Cost benefit analysis (ROI) and liaise with contracted or prospective external equipment/service providers
About You
Post-secondary school education in engineering and/or management science degree or advanced diploma or equivalent
Experience in technical change management projects in an automated warehouse operation and in a bargaining unit environment
Excellent, developed verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and reporting skills
Sound knowledge of logistics procedures and practices; warehouse fundamentals and inventory management
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, Word & Outlook) and WMS
Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and ISO & CSA standards relevant to industrial sites
Experience in Manhattan LM configuration is considered an asset
