Job Title: Dispensing Team Lead

Shift:

Days: Monday - Friday 6:45 am - 3:15 pm

General :

The Dispensing Team Lead will be a self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high-quality work, production output, and focus on continuous improvements. The individual will be mature, credible, and comfortable dealing with staff and management on a daily basis. Follow all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment, and adhere to company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working under the supervision of the Color Manufacturing Manager, the Dispensing Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring daily problems are identified, dealt with, and communicated effectively to both staff and management. With direction from Supervisors and other administrative staff, maintain production priorities through both verbal and written instructions. Working with all staff, identifying problems, inefficiencies, and areas needing improvement in terms of training, ability, and procedures. Monitor daily production and make decisions based on current abilities, outputs, and requirements. Perform other department duties/positions as required. Ensure continuous improvement through the implementation and development of "approved procedures and standards.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Time management capabilities with the ability to multitask. Self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Lifting up to 20 kg pails (unassisted). Adhere to company safety policies.

Education/Training/Experience:

High School Diploma or Level 12 G.E.D. Minimum 1 to 3 years of team leader experience in a manufacturing environment
