Job Description
Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of load booking experience
- Must have experience with the following: LoadLink, PC Miler, DAT, Dispatch Software,
- ACE, ACI, CTPAT, Outlook, Microsoft applications,
- Fluent in English, bilingual is an asset
- Team player in a fast paced environment
- Strong ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate over the phone
- Working with brokers, customs brokers and customers over the phone and by email
- Looking for loads: FTL, LTL Cross-border
- Dispatching trucks
- Preparing inbound and outbound customs documents.
- Calculating Rates and finalizing RFPs
- Prepare reports and carry out other dispatch duties as required by Management
- French not required
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
