Full time. All-year work is available.

What You will do

:

The

Delivery Dispatcher - Last Mile

is responsible for coordinating and managing daily delivery operations, optimizing routes, and ensuring prompt and accurate deliveries to customers. This role is key in supporting drivers, solving real-time delivery challenges, and maintaining communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and dispatch delivery routes for last-mile operations. Track driver performance and provide real-time updates on delivery status. Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams. Resolve delivery issues promptly (e.g., delays, route changes, customer inquiries). Monitor GPS and routing software to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Maintain accurate delivery logs and performance records. Train Drivers for on road tasks. Ensure compliance with company safety and operational policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Dispatcher, Route Coordinator, or similar role (preferably in last-mile logistics). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Familiarity with route optimization and dispatch software. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions. Basic computer and data entry proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus).Load the vans with the packages and deliver in the communities

Have a driver's license of Class 5 or greater BC Have an attitude of learning, flexibility and can-do mindset for new work Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Age must be 21 years or over
