B&M Canada Appliances is looking for a dependable and customer-oriented

Weekend Sales & Dispatch Associate

to handle appliance sales and coordinate repair services on Saturdays and Sundays. This position plays a key role in helping customers find the right appliances, managing online postings, and ensuring smooth delivery and repair service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with purchasing residential appliances in-store and through online platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, etc.) Promote and sell appliance repair services to new and returning customers Create and update online ads with accurate descriptions and photos Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and leads Record and track weekend sales and service activity using company tools Schedule and dispatch appliance deliveries for weekend customers Communicate with delivery teams to confirm schedules and resolve issues Ensure all weekend sales, deliveries, and service calls meet customer expectations Keep organized records for weekend reporting Provide excellent customer service with clear and courteous communication

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience (appliances or service-related sales an asset) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable with mobile devices, online ads, and tracking tools Basic knowledge of appliances and repairs (training provided) Must be available to work

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
