Congil Truck Lines is a family-owned flatbed and specialized carrier, proudly operating since 1969. We serve customers across Canada and the U.S. with step-deck, B-train, Roll-Tite, and multi-axle services. With steady growth and new customer partnerships, we're looking to add a skilled Dispatch / Logistics Coordinator to our London team.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch company drivers and owner-operators for domestic and cross-border loads.

Communicate directly with customers to confirm pickups, deliveries, and resolve issues.

Plan and optimize routes, taking into account permits, weight restrictions, and schedules.

Monitor load progress and provide real-time updates to customers and management.

Ensure compliance with safety and border-crossing requirements (ACE/ACI, CTPAT, FAST, etc.).

Work closely with sales and operations to maximize equipment utilization and customer service.

Support drivers with trip planning, problem-solving, and documentation.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in trucking dispatch or logistics (flatbed/specialized freight is an asset).

Knowledge of cross-border regulations and permits.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency with dispatch systems and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
