We are currently hiring a Warehouse Dispatch for our Moncton Miller Tirecraft location. • Provide excellent customer service, with a positive attitude that will help achieve the company's mission and goals.
• Load and unload tire shipments and picking tire orders.
• Strict attention to detail that customer orders are completed accurately.
• Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, and placing/expediting orders.
• Confidentially handling pricing, promotions, and credit-limit information.
• Liaising with customers to keep them updated on item availability, shipment status, and answering their inquiries.

Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, and noting discrepancies.Requirements

• Physically demanding work environment, ability to be able to repeatedly lift 50-100lbs.
• Forklift certified
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for long periods.
• Enthusiastic about providing the best customer service possible, with a positive attitude, while working closely with customers and the Tirecraft team.

• Related experience in auto parts, tires and service is preferred

• Proven ability to work independently, or as a team leader, with minimal supervision.
• Good listener, with strong attention to details.
• Good organization, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Must be willing to learn new systems / procedures as they are implemented.
• All hires are subject to clearing a criminal background check and drivers abstract
