Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher to manage incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with technicians. This is a remote/mobile position, ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage customer calls for Winnipeg & Saskatoon service areas
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Record job details, payments, and technician updates
Support customers with basic troubleshooting and appointment details
Requirements
Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, call center, or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable using scheduling software and mobile tools
Reliable internet connection and phone access
Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
