Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Roadlink Carriers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
Assist customers with shipping and receiving issues, providing timely solutions.
Utilize AS400 and SyteLine systems to manage orders and track shipments.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and processes.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is essential.
Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
