VP Disposal is a fast-growing disposal company, servicing Calgary and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. We are looking for a fun, easy-going dispatcher with a positive attitude to join our team. Having an outgoing personality on the phone and through email is important, as we want you to build relationships with the customers that call in. This is a full-time in-office position, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering the phone and emails to take customer requests and enter into our Business Management Program. The requests are dispatched to the drivers through an app they have on their phones. The main role is dispatching customer requests; however, there will be some other general administrative responsibilities such as data entry, scanning, filing and assisting team members with other tasks as time permits.

Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to customers over the phone and email
You can effectively communicate and collaborate with team members in a timely manner
Previous scheduling experience is a requirement
Knowledge of the city and region is an asset
Understanding and experience with roll-off bin, portable toilet and fencing services is an asset
Administrative experience is an asset
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Written and verbal proficiency in English
Ability to take direction
Ability to work independently with little supervision
