Job Summary


VP Disposal is a fast-growing disposal company, servicing Calgary and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. We are looking for a fun, easy-going dispatcher with a positive attitude to join our team. Having an outgoing personality on the phone and through email is important, as we want you to build relationships with the customers that call in. This is a full-time in-office position, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering the phone and emails to take customer requests and enter into our Business Management Program. The requests are dispatched to the drivers through an app they have on their phones. The main role is dispatching customer requests; however, there will be some other general administrative responsibilities such as data entry, scanning, filing and assisting team members with other tasks as time permits.

You have excellent time management, customer service, multitasking and organizational skills You can respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You can analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. You can efficiently perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. You can communicate with customers professionally and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer interactions. You have extremely strong phone skills - high energy and passion for helping others Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to customers over the phone and email You can effectively communicate and collaborate with team members in a timely manner Previous scheduling experience is a requirement Knowledge of the city and region is an asset Understanding and experience with roll-off bin, portable toilet and fencing services is an asset Administrative experience is an asset Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Written and verbal proficiency in English Ability to take direction Ability to work independently with little supervision Problem-solving initiative Attention to detail

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
