As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Dispatcher to join our team.

As a Junior Dispatcher at W.O Stinson, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of our fleet to ensure the timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with our dispatch team to gain hands-on experience in the Fuel/Propane industry and develop valuable skills for your career growth. Full Time hours and Office On-Call Rotation required
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and dispatching drivers to various locations.
Communicate with drivers to provide route instructions and updates.
Monitor vehicle locations and update status in real-time.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Assist in resolving any operational issues or delays.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with team members to optimize dispatch processes.
Office On-Call Rotation as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using dispatch software (training will be provided).
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is a plus but not required.
