Our team provides towing and roadside assistance for a wide range of clients, including the RCMP, ICBC, BCAA, retail customers, dealerships, equipment sales and rentals, bailiffs, scrap and salvage companies, and impound contracts. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Weekend Dispatcher to join our team. This role is a contract position with a flat daily rate. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Answer client calls for towing & roadside assistance and accurately enter information into our dispatching program Dispatch calls to Drivers in an efficient and timely manner to uphold service level agreements Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely Deliver friendly, honest, and professional customer service Adhere to all safety and company protocols
Requirements

Previous Dispatcher work experience Valid Class 5 or Class 1 driver's license Clean driver's abstract Fluent in English Knowledge of Chilliwack and Fraser Valley roadways Knowledge of common automobile makes and models Experience with web-based software applications Ability to deal with difficult customers/situations
