The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods ensuring smooth flow of operations:

• Finding the best carrier to move freight and dispatcher internal company drivers
• Negotiate rates with carriers to find the best rate, optimize routes to minimize costs
• Monitor the shipment status and update customers, provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Track and Trace, monitor pickup and delivery status, resolve any issues or delays
• Coordinate the freight movement with the operations and sales team
• Utilize TMS software for data entry and tracking

Qualifications
- You must have at least 2 years' experience in dispatching, preferably in assets or brokerage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- You are able to solve problems and provide solutions quickly.
- Be able to overcome difficulties and solve problems
- Be comfortable on the telephone and possess excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop relationships with carriers are essential.
- English and French preferred.Summary
