We are looking for an experienced individual to join our fast-paced team and help coordinate daily operations for commercial mobile tire service. This location is fast paced, handles a large workflow, and offers excellent opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch service calls for commercial tire road service Coordinate tire technicians, prioritize jobs, and manage workflow efficiently Communicate with customers, drivers, and technicians throughout the day Assist with work orders, documentation, and general shop operations Maintain a high level of organization in a busy, time-sensitive environment

Requirements

Tire industry experience is a MUST

Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Previous dispatching or shop coordination experience considered an asset Computer proficiency and comfort with scheduling/work order systems Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
