Full-Time Dispatcher Position
Snowbirds Auto Connection Ltd is a vehicle transportation service provider seeking 1 or 2 dispatchers for full-time employment at our Toronto, ON office.
Required:
- Experience in the Transportation/Logistics industry
- Experience with Dispatching multiple trucks & locations \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 1 year
- Strong communication skills a must
- Capability to self-motivate, prioritize, self-organize
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team and independently in a fast paced office environment
- Detail oriented
Assets (not required):
- Completion of High School/Post-Secondary equivalent
- Knowledge of a second language
- Adaptable
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch function (ex: contracting third parties, building loads, routing drivers, etc...)
- Data Entry as well as administrative and clerical duties that support dispatch function
- Maintain and achieve on-time delivery
- Establish and preserve excellent relationships with drivers, clients, suppliers, co-workers alike
- Coordinate with customs brokers/coordinators
- Full-time
