Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team on a full-time basis, working both weekday and weekend shifts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, has excellent phone communication skills, and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from hospitals and private clients to book non-emergency medical transfers

Coordinate and dispatch driving crews efficiently throughout the region

Organize and prioritize calls from various hospitals and clients

Take payment information securely and accurately over the phone

Maintain accurate records and scheduling using Microsoft Excel and internal systems

Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service

Qualifications:

High school diploma required

Some University or post-secondary education preferred

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal (PR) skills

Comfortable speaking on the phone in a professional setting

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
