Job Description
:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher & Load Finder to manage daily freight operations. This role involves finding loads, scheduling drivers, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining good communication with clients and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
Locate and book loads using load boards or broker contacts Dispatch drivers with accurate trip details and instructions Monitor load progress and provide updates to customers Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and manage schedules Maintain accurate records of shipments and driver activity Communicate with brokers, shippers, and drivers professionally Resolve delivery issues and delays efficiently
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with Loadlink and bidding loads. Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
