• Support customers during service calls
• Planning the technicians' schedule in order to respect our contractual agreements with our different clients
• Organizing and ensuring the follow-up of Navadian contractual obligations
  

Your profile:

• 2 years of experience in dispatch
• Excellent computer skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of Maestro operating software (asset)
• English (asset)
