to manage daily bookings, coordinate drivers, and ensure smooth trip operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch vehicles for airport, Whistler, and local transfers Communicate with clients and drivers to confirm trips and handle last-minute changes Monitor route progress and maintain trip records Provide prompt, friendly customer service through calls, texts, and emails Support management with daily reports and driver coordination
Qualifications
Prior experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics preferred Strong multitasking and communication skills Good knowledge of the Vancouver and Whistler areas Familiarity with dispatch or booking software is an asset Must be reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
