Job Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of equipment and trucks and ensuring timely communication between employees, customers, and shop personnel. This position requires proficiency in logistics and supply chain management, as well as strong analytical skills to optimize operations.

Responsibilities



Communicate with clients and organize their needs Utilize Excel, word and having a good understanding of operating computers. Tracking time and cost on projects and billing daily tickets as required Maintain effective communication with employees via phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Resolve any issues that may arise during on shift.

Experience



Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred, particularly within construction and trucking environments. Familiar with heavy equipment and transport trucks. Strong analytical skills to assess operational efficiency and implement improvements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
