Full-Time | On-Call Rotation (Evenings/Weekends)

Border Transport LLC is hiring a Dispatcher to help manage our 50+ truck fleet hauling grain across Canada and the U.S. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role for someone who thrives on problem-solving and constant change.

What You'll Do:

Dispatch and coordinate cross-border grain loads Communicate with drivers, customers, and customs Handle scheduling, route changes, and paperwork Prioritize tasks in a busy environment Be available for on-call support (after hours/weekends)
What You Bring:

Experience in dispatch, trucking, or agriculture Strong communication and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Familiarity with border crossing procedures Ability to stay calm under pressure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
