Job Description

Advanced Refrigeration HVAC is currently seeking an energetic, dependable team player to fill the position of Dispatcher at our office located in Rockyview County, AB. Providing exceptional customer service, this individual is the first point of contact for all clients. This position is well suited for an individual who possesses a positive attitude, strong communication skills and is highly organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, email service requests

- Create, dispatch and prioritize service calls based on urgency

- Assist with scheduling technicians, direct personnel to sites

- Assist with maintenance of communications equipment

- Maintain call logs and records; keep track of shipments

- Communicate with technicians regarding job progress, completion, returns, etc..

- Mentor, train and monitor performance of personnel

- Review and complete work orders

- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments

- Ensure the company meets all customer requirements, and any changes are communicated immediately

- General office duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role; planning or dispatch

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to prioritize based on deadlines

- Strong organizational ability with high attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills and capability to work as a team & independently

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English

- Proficiency with computer programs and software.
