Job Description


Our client, a well-established electrical company in Kelowna, specializing in electrical maintenance, service calls, lighting retro fits, IR camera tests and commercial projects, is looking to hire an energetic, service oriented, and highly organized CSR/Dispatcher.

Duties:

  • Answering multi-line phone and multi company phone
  • Greeting and interacting with customers
  • Booking/scheduling service calls
  • Responding to customer inquiries over phone and email
  • Typing up letters and composing documents
  • Data entry
  • General reception/admin duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch position required
  • Strong knowledge of Word & Excel with typing speed of 45 wpm +
  • Effective oral & written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced work environment
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks &/or Simply Accounting an asset to further job duties
