***Hiring Dispatch Supervisor *** Karan Transport is currently recruiting for a dispatcher who is looking for full-time work looking to start IMMEDIATELY with an excellent pay package Able to book trucks independently & plan routes, thorough understanding of dispatching software. Focus would be upon Inbound and outbound loads. Ability to cover up to 40 trucks for inbound/outbound. Knowledge of the market rates and able to negotiate. Dealing with customers/drivers directly daily through e-mail and via phone! Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 5 years\' experience required.
- Sound computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Very organized, with excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- French not required
