We are now looking for a reliable and motivated DISPATCH/ LINE HAUL COORDINATOR to join this venture to ensure the quality and efficacity of our network. This role will be located at our Calgary North station.

What will your day look like?

• Monitor the connections between the distributors and sorting station.
• Monitor the pick-ups from our clients with our distributors.
• Manage the inbound outbound traffic at the station docks.
• liaison between carriers and Intelcom staff.
• Schedule requests.
• Track and Trace , communicate updates.
• Operational conflict resolution throughout the network.
• With the support team, analyses the networks\xe2\x80\x99 productivity costs and benefits.
• Participate in the network\xe2\x80\x99s growth and improvements.
• Research and prepare submissions for new transport suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 partnerships.
• Establish strong communication and partnership with the distributors and the sorting stations.

What to you need to be successful?

• At least 3 years experience in a fast pace environment, ideally in transport and logistics and 3PL.
• Demonstrated knowledge and extensive understanding of short and long distance transport industry
• Excellent knowledge of Canada\xe2\x80\x99s road network.
• Recognized for your sense of organization and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Capacity to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

** The shift will be 5 days a week (9hr days) - Monday to Friday 1pm to 9 pm.
