- Full time Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm
- Hourly pay 23-25$/hr
- Full time hours, potential for overtime (paid)
- 2 weeks vacationResponsibilities
- Receive and response to customers requests and inquiries
- Register all information into database
- Coordinate with the dock crew to verify status of shipment
- Communicate with drivers concerning any delays and update clients
- Prepare any shipping documents
- Be the primary contact for incoming and outgoing drivers
- Follow ups by emails and phone
- Support Operations Manager with other administrative tasksQualifications
- Bilingual French and English
- Good attention to detail
- Minimum 1 year in the transport sector
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
