Position Overview

As the Dispatch Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring efficient communication and seamless scheduling. You will be responsible for answering calls, assisting customers, and coordinating job assignments for our technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by answering incoming calls, returning messages, addressing inquiries, and processing payments. Monitor and manage email correspondence to assist and schedule customer appointments. Schedule appointments and efficiently assign work to technicians. Review work queues, reports, and verify workloads to optimize scheduling. Create and manage various types of work orders. Contact potential customers to offer maintenance services and reminders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service or dispatch coordination. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
