Dispatch Assistant

Job Description


We are seeking to hire a Dispatch Assistant to support our supply chain logistics department. This is a full-time position. Dispatch Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls and assessing customer needs
  • Coordination and dispatching of shipments Assisting office manager
  • Tracking and tracing shipments
  • Warehouse coordination and inventory management
  • Data entry including warranties, invoicing, inventory management, etc.

We are looking for:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or higher
  • Proficient English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows)
  • Attention to details
  • Experience in related fields and knowledge of transportation software is an asset
