Bilingual Dispatcher and customer service (French/English)
The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in
French and English
, has over2 years of experience in dispatching
.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch tow trucks for local call. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and third-party carriers in both French and English.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years
of experience as adispatcher
in the trucking/transport industry. Fullybilingual
- fluent inFrench and English
(spoken and written). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work various shifts, including overnight and weekends, on rotation. Familiarity with Greater Moncton area.What We Offer:
